This is just a meditation I wanted to share for those who are interested...it's not new exactly, as it's a combination of 3 already existing ones on JOS. Nonetheless, here it is...
Begin by stimulating yourself to orgasm, and at that moment visualize a bright, white-gold light filling up your Root Chakra. Now ascend this energy through your Chakras on your spine, one by one, pausing a few seconds on each one to feel the energy and see your Chakras lighting up in an intense white-gold light. When you get to your Crown Chakra, release this energy into your Sun Chakra, expanding it to a few feet wide and shining brightly. next move this energy to your Moon Chakra and do the same thing, only do not expand it. Now let this energy fall to your sides, all the way to your feet, and inhale it again into your Root Chakra. This time, move the energy up the front extensions of your Chakras, all the way to your Crown Chakra, into your Sun and Moon Chakras using the same method described above. Again, let this energy fall to your sides all the way to your feet, and breath it into your Root Chakra. This time, move the energy from your Root Chakra, to it's front extension, then back to the Root Chakra, then to it's spinal extension and back again to the Root Chakra. Move up to the Sacral Chakra, and do the same, ie: Sacral Chakra, then front extension, then Sacral Chakra, then spinal extension, then Sacral Chakra again. Do this all the way up to your Crown Chakra and out into your Sun and Moon Chakras respectively.
(note: in this last part, when you get to the 6th Chakra, feel free to include your pineal gland as well as the 3rd eye and spinal extension). Repeat this whole meditation as many times as you want, it is very blissful!
As you can probably tell, it is a mix of Ascending Energy Meditation by Azazel, Ball of Light Meditation, and Circulating Energy Meditation...nothing revolutionary, but I thought I would share it with you
