In what different ways,the things, can we use our own sexual energy for our own spiritual advancement except the one I'm aware of that is unlocking chakras with it.
Sex magick like all magick begins with a strong, mind, will, and aura work on yourself daily by empowering yourself through meditation. The stronger your will and soul, the more powerful and effective your Magickal workings will be. You can also add in Runic workings to your sex magick to make it more effective. Vibrate your rune of choice number of times desired and then state your affirmation "The energies of -Rune- are attracting -desired out come- to me in the safest, healthiest, happiest, and most effective manner for me. Obviously this is just a short example so feel free to adjust your affirmation however you see fit. For the actual act of sex magick itself, stimulate your self to orgasm, focusing on whatever it may be you Wish to attract. See it and feel it as if what you want has already manifested itself, feel the emotions and sensations you would feel such as how happy you would feel when your desired outcome has reached fruitful manifestation.
