Setting up a meditation program

What would be the best thing to start with in a meditation program... I haven't gotten around to it yet and I don't really know what All i should include....

Well, if you haven't opened your chakras yet, then this could be a good start.Do the awakening exercises (one by one, don't rush things) and daily (twice a day) clean your chakras and aura, and build an aura of protection around you.This is for starters.If you have already opened your chakras, then you could move on to entering deep trances, past life regression, magickal squares, you could do workings with the Runes etc etc etc... There's plenty.
