Serpent and the heart

If anyone could lend a hand and give me some advice about opening my blocked heart chakra it would really help, since I am trying the methods shown but still struggle.

I feel that opening other chakras would be much easier if the heart was unbocked. I have tried to raise the serpent and almost did... I felt the power like electricity in my spine it hit the solar plexus but instead of going through the heart chakra it veered off to the shoulder and I totally freaked out... I have a sense of shame regarding this topic.

When I try to work on the heart it just seems so lifeless so lacking. I dont know what to do.

Awaken all your chakras first. This will give you more power which will greatly help in unblocking your heart chakras. The stronger your chakras are the easier it is to unblock the blocked/weak ones. So awaken the rest of your chakras and i would recommend also empowering them as well. Once your chakras are active you should have enough power to unblock any chakras. Usually the blocks are the 3rd eye(or 6th chakra), the heart chakras, and the base chakra (which is usually unblocked on its own from basic power meditation). These chakras have powerful extensions in the front, back, and sides. When trying to unblock one of these "knots", the secret that i learned is to also empower their extentions because the give the main chakra so much power thus unblocking it. So when your chakras are active and strong enough, empower your heart chakra, its front extension, back extension, and shoulder chakras all in one meditation. One way to do this is invoke alot of green energy and condense it into a small ball and place it in your heart chakras front extension, then place the ball in the right shoulder chakra, then back extension, left shoulder chakra, and then into the heart chakra. Do this like 7 times. I warn you though, its extremely powerful, you may only want to start with 1, maybe 2 cycles of it. This meditation can be done for the base chakra and 6th chakra but with their corresponding colors.
