I have noticed a lot of people asking questions about why auras are a certain colour, if colours are bad, etc. This is a sermon to help clear up any confusion on the subject and explain why our auras appear as they do and what alters them.
As we all know, our spiritual body has many centers of energy, or chakras, in them. There are seven dominant ones which generate the most energy. Each of these Chakras is a different colour, ranging from red at the bottom to violet and then white gold at the top. Each of these chakras generates energy that flows through your spiritual body. All of our bodies also radiate out a small amount of this energy that forms an outer cloud of energy around our bodies which is known as an Aura.
Most people have not done a lot of spiritual work in their lives. This means most of their chakras are weak and imbalanced. Some of the chakras are more active than each other. The chakra that is more active will be generating more energy in your astral self. The more energy a chakra generates, the more intense its colour, and the more empowered and clean the chakra is, the brighter its colour. It makes sense then that your stronger chakras will be brighter and more intense than your weaker chakras, which may be dull and dim. Since your spiritual self still has to process all of this energy, some of the excess energy tends to be radiated out into your aura. This excess energy helps to turn your aura a predominant colour.
This is also the reason why so many Gods appear to have a golden white aura. All of their chakras are empowered so much that no single one dominantes, and they all shine with such intensity and unity that they form a golden white light. The better developed the chakra, the brighter and more intense it shines, and therefore the brighter and more intense your Aura.
All of these predominant colours are only true when your Auras are not being influenced by your emotions, enviroment, and what you take into your body.
Emotions stimulate energy. If you are feeling a certain way, the energy associated with that feeling will be generated in your spiritual body, just as the chemicals associated with that feeling will be generated in your physical self. For instance, when someone feels intense love for another person, their aura can turn pink. If someone is feeling energetic and happy, their aura tends to become brighter. Anger can cause the aura to turn a dark red. If someone is getting into a mental persuit, their aura can take on shades of a bright blue. The list goes on and on, but in general the emotions and mental state you are in will determine the colours your aura contains at that time. If you remember earlier, I said that each chakra has its own colour. The kind of energy the chakra creates and the colour it gives off are the same. Your base chakra, which is red, can inspire primal passions, whether a bright cherry red for lust or a dark red for anger. This holds true for all of your major chakras and their energies and colours. The emotions you feel stimulate the chakra associated with that emotion, and more energy is produced from that chakra, radiating outwards to your Aura. Some colours at first may seem confusing, such as pink, since there is no major chakra that is naturally pink coloured. In cases such as this it is usually caused by two or more chakras working together to create another energy. In the pure love of pink, it is your base chakra producing desire and lust, and your crown chakra producing golden white light which adds bliss and joy. The result is a pure, trusting, love expressed through a pink and golden Aura.
Many of these Aura colours are obviously temporary, you do not feel pure love or anger every moment of your life, nor should you. However, most of us do have a normal mental state that we tend to fall into. Whatever this mental state is, it encourages our spiritual selves to produce energy associated with this mental state. This becomes a self reinforcing action that tends to keep us in the same state as we normally are. This is why it is so important to stay positive and avoid obsessing over negative thoughts such as fear or depression. Our spiritual self will actually produce more of the energy associated with our thoughts and emotions, whether they be good or harmful. All of these thoughts and emotions add shades of colours to determine what our normal Aura color is. If you tend to use your will a lot you will have a more yellow aura, if you are very spiritual then your aura will start generating more indigo and violet energies. All of these are determined by which chakra is stimulated by the emotion you are feeling. The emotion you are feeling or mental state you are in corresponds to the chakra which generates energy of that state. For a complete and detailed list go to the Joy of Satan website section on the properties of the charkas. http://www.666blacksun.com/Chakras666.htm
The colours and intensity of your Aura are also greatly effected by the enviroment you are in. I am sure everyone here has gone to some place, and felt more energetic, happy, sad, or calm, etc. All day, your Aura is coming into contact with the surrounding energies in your enviroment. These energies can intermingle with your own. When energy radiates off of an aura, it tends to just stay where it was, unless it is in a place which encourages energy to flow, such as near a river. This means that every day, we are all walking through a good deal of stagnate energy. If the Aura absorbs this energy, the Aura can appear duller, or dirty. This is why it is so important to clean your aura every day, it keeps your aura vibrant and bright. Just a handful of the vast number of different kinds of energies one can pick up from the enviroment include a hectic confused and sometimes lively energy from bustling cities, negative grey energy from a Graveyard, and golden relaxing energy from some ancient pagan shrines.
Both the Sun and the moon also influence our Auras.
Electronics can also interfere with your Aura. if you come into close contact with electronics on a regular basis, they can interrupt the natural flow of your aura and make it more erratic. This is because their artifical electrical field comes into contact with your biological field, and the two are completely different. Auras that have been in contact with electrical fields for a long time can appear to be weaker and more broken up, possibly with holes in them. This yet again shows why it is critical to perform regular power meditations. It requires a strong aura to be able to resist and repel the damaging effects of the enviorment we all have to live in.
Everything we put into our bodies greatly effects the hues of colour and intensity in our Auras. Food naturally is filled with a great deal of energy, and it is actually very easy to determine what kind of energy the food contains. As I mentioned ealier, each emotion has a colour that corresponds to it. A foods colour directly shows what kind of energy is in it. The most well known example of this is red foods being used to excite passion. Think of cherries and strawberries being used to entice your lover to romance. This is because those foods are filled with the same kind of bright red energy that your base chakra generates when it is feeling lustful. If you remember, I mentioned previously that the more you feel a certain way, the more energy you generate that is in harmony with your mood. This means even the energy in food can be used to enhance or kickstart you feeling a certain way, and therefore your aura appearing a certain way. A few other examples would be golden foods like Butter and honey which create a sense of bliss, and green foods being good for your heart. Besides increasing good energy in your Aura, certain foods can also add dead or sickening energy to you. This could be coloured as grey, a sickly green, a dirty brown, or just give yourself a grimy feel. Highly processed foods and foods laden with preservatives and artifical chemicals cause this to happen to your aura.
From all this we can now see how your normal aura colour is determined, and most of the different ways in which this normal aura colour can be influenced. I hope this clears up any confusion on the subject.
