Meditations Aura cleaning what to visualise exactly

Hello ,
I am new i am just starting the 40 days program , i have a question concerning cleaning aura

In first step should i vusalise the light around my body only or "in AND around my body"? Like if i am a sun radiating light.

Second is , when i visualise the light even more intense in chakra areas, which chakras ? All the 13? Or the 7 chakras? And should i keep the first step vision and add this second step ?( Still being light and having light around me (first step) + its even more intense in chakra areas ( second))

Another question is while doing the visualisation eyes close should i visualise my body the same way its in real life or how exactly?

I have no trouble visualising etc , i find it easy, but the instructions are too vague for me , i dont mean that joS didnt put effort into it i dont want to be misunderstood. Its my responsability and my 'fault' since i need specific instructions otherwise im left with many options in how to do the exercise.(or maybe its just because im beginner here)

Yes, all 13 Chakras, the method you described is correct.

At the beginning, the priority is visualization, in time you will feel your aura electromagnetically when you clean it. Try to visualize the light and feel it all over your body.

You can do both ways. And only 7 main chakras will be enough for the 40 day program.

After the program, you can do scanning light method for your chakras and whole soul. Here are the quotes for cleaning the chakras and the aura:

One should clean one's aura daily. This is done by visualizing a brilliant white light like the Sun sweeping from the top of one's head to one's feet.

What happens with this is after a cleaning, more spiritual dirt, so-called "karma" and so forth come to the surface from present and past lives. This is why it's so important to stay on top of cleaning our auras on a daily basis, as this spiritual dirt will not get a chance to manifest into reality. It can take anywhere from one to several days for what is on the aura to manifest into reality; an event in one's life.

Cleaning the aura can take between one and two years of consistent daily cleanings. Positive affirmations should be stated 3 times or so following the cleaning, such as "I am always safe, secure and protected in every way and at all times.

When stating affirmations like the one above, it is important to feel your aura and soul. Tune into feeling your aura and soul and focus while reciting the affirmations.

After your aura becomes clean, then it's time to work on one chakra at a time, cleaning it with the light scanning from the wide part to the tapered tip. This can be done anywhere from 5 to 25 or more times.

Only work on one chakra at a time until it is clean, then go onto another. Don't work on more than one. This must be done daily in order to prevent more astral dirt which surfaces from getting a foothold in reality.

You will more than likely see all kinds of nasties coming off your aura and chakras. Chains are bindings and obstacles for one.

Even for those who are new, if your astral vision isn't that great, use feeling. Ask Zeus to send some Daemons to collect the dross cleaned from your soul and to deliver it right back to the scum that sent it.

1. Visualize the brilliant light descending down into your head and pushing down any dirt, filth, thoughtforms [thoughtforms can appear as chunks of filth or for those who are advanced, you can see them as they may be shapes, symbols, like elementals, or otherwise]. Chains are obstacles and bindings.
This will be gray or black energy [as it collects], and will get darker as it descends.

2. Visualize the brilliant light descending through your throat, down through your shoulders, chest, then stomach area, hips and all the way down through your feet, pushing out all of the dirt from your aura and soul.

3. Move the filth beside you, in a pile.

4. DO THIS THREE TIMES, steps 1 through 4. Keep piling the dirt.

5. When you are finished, your aura and soul should be much brighter and cleaner. You can either ask for a Daemon to take the energy and to deliver it to the senders [especially if you’re new], OR, you can visualize it shooting away from you, directing it to the senders. Our Gods have helpers that resemble gargoyles.

You don't need to really worry about it, do what works best for you. The important thing is focusing on the light.

It says “around you,” so perform it by visualizing the light around your body.

Limit yourself to the seven main chakras. Intensify the light around each one while maintaining the light around you. If you find it difficult to visualize them all at once, illuminate them one at a time.

You simply need to visualize yourself. Do not complicate the situation. The person you visualize will always be you, so meditation will always have benefits for you. As you progress, you will find the method that works best for you.

Every path and every visualization method is subjective and depends greatly on the individual. What ToZ offers you are rules that you must follow, but otherwise you just have to experiment. As you go along, you will understand whether the way you are doing it is benefiting you or not. And if you don't see results, it means you need to change something.

The 40-day program is a set of easy meditations to help you approach the new lifestyle you are embarking on. Live it well and without anxiety. Ask when you need to!
