Hi brothers and sisters. Did you ever try to do self hypnosis? I want to reprogram my mind and remove negative thoughts that don't let me progress, but I'm having problems to enter the deep trance. Have you any advice?

Learning how to go into a trance can take time. You can try using positive affirmations and/or do a Munka or similar working.\

You can try doing positive affirmations when you have an energy buzz. You can also raise your energies and program it with affirmations. \

Remember to add "permanent" (if this is your goal) and "in a positive and healthy way" or something similar in your affirmations. You can do it for 40 days to make it permanent (You can also do 80 or 90 days if necessary. Or multiples of these numbers 9, 40, 80, 90.)\
