I made an account for advise, and the first thing I wanted to do was to personally seek help to one of the High Priests privately by searching their email and found this instead:

How bad is this forced advancement I'm going through? Ironically, it's the same as GITM described unto someone who was forcing the kundalini in this post:

Since I'm worried for my health, I want to ask some things I have not received the answers to:


1) Is it fine to exercise and do yoga fifteen minutes each for physical health purposes? Should I do them separately? Or no yoga at all since I'm increasing witch power, which is NOT what I want to do until I healed up?

And is it advisable to just state eight affirmations of the AoP by Inanna and just leave it at that?


2) What should I do? Should I seek medical and psychological health? I feel that I am schizophrenic, suffering spasms, have "triggers" that makes me think I'm being astrally assaulted, and it only calmed down when I have been competent on Void Meditation. This condition is only "present" when I think about the astral, or when I'm by myself.


Any advice is welcome, thanks.
 
I forgot to add that this has apparently started mildly around October where I received a few physical symptoms when I started cleaning my whole soul and seven main chakras for four minutes each, but I continued on the small repetitions, until I decided to do one Returning Curses in let's say, cleaning out the dirt five or seven times.

But the above feels like a slap on the face once there was a crisis to three beloved pets of mine and I decided to do a healing working for each of them, which was decreased when I asked for Lord Enlil and Lady Bastet's help regarding this situation around January, halting my healing workings (I did Forty Days of Healing Working in low repetitions, but meditated on their soul an additional few minutes)


The voices suddenly toppled around the half month of April, where I then... increased it to fourty-four out of paranoia, sometimes bordering around eighty-eight. I was lucky to decide to stop for a few days, but the "astral assaults" suddenly came in and that's where I took action the most.


I wanted to ask these questions because there's not much topic regarding burn-out and thought that these were all psychic attacks. I also relied more on the search function in these forums to see if I can find the answer I'm looking for.

Once I receive an answer here, I'll post yet another topic regarding pets, which would explain my situation further as to why I went down this drain in the first place.
 
What does a "burnout" have to do with this?

A burnout happens when you're overdoing things. You're exhausted, and often your nervous system starts to malfunction as a result of the damage you're doing to yourself, not taking enough rest.


Yes yoga increases chi, but it also opens up to proper energy flow and the extra energy can be directed for healing, so I wouldn't recommend on not doing that.

If you feel overwhelmed, you need to take a rest. The issue with Power Meditation is, once you lower the energy you can end up in a depression, if it is too sudden especially.
So no, don't stop, but on some things you could decrease the repetitions /efforts. Depending on what though. Dont stop cleaning aop or any workings that are super important.

The reply you posted to me reassured me to continue my meditations except for yesterday (which I will explain.)


I decided to meditate, and I became my positive self again. As it turns out, I think I accumulated enough dross to place me in a depressive state. I also found out that I had to sit out destructive rituals since it seems impossible for me to push down the dross, and I had to allow my Guardian Demon to do it all for me.

The next big surprise for me is that I can somewhat hear what my Gods are saying to me as soon as I meditated again and conversed with them. But how though? All I did over the past two years was that I cleaned and only empowered my solar plexus for this year.


This is probably one of the reasons why I became paranoid. If I can hear the Gods = maybe also their enemies.


But something happened yesterday that fucked up my already fine schedule, and I realized this once it was 3 am.

Hallucinations, both auditory and visual, explaining why the fuck I can see the enemies of Father Satan on every corner of my room despite me always calling for his name when they "attack" me.



So your advice is actually spot on, I need to focus on the important meditations for myself first. Because as much as I want to do our current ritual schedule? I need to do another meditation that concerns my pets, which would be explained once that post has been approved, and will be providing the link once I see it.



And another thing, can someone suggest what vitamins I need in order to get rid of insomnia, muscle spasms that triggers the hallucinations, and other things? I suspect melatonin, and maybe that Pineal Meditation since it triggers complete relaxation? I'm also planning to add maybe magnesium and potassium as well.


I exercise and do yoga for fifteen to twenty minutes each for additional information.

Magnesium would be good. But try to find why you're having these spasms in the first place.
Is it a surge of energy?
Is it lack of sleep and/or an overstimulated nervous system?

Why are you having insomnia? Is it something that has been with you for long or something that happened lately? Also look on the health forum. Search for relevant info or start a topic of your own.

As for melatonin supplements.. Regular use coold trick the body into not producing enough melatonin by itself. Use with care.

Not eating or sleeping consistently, insomnia, muscle spasms, ungroundedness, getting burnt out easily, etc... These all suggest too much air in the physical body. If you are of a skinny-build, then this is almost 100% the case.

You should focus on balancing with earth energy, working on the base chakra, and doing more permanent workings for earth characteristics. Uruz, Nauthiz, or Jera, for example.

Physically, you should eat a diet that is "Vata" (air) pacifying, which is an ayurvedic concept. Basically eating foods that are denser and moistening to the body. In addition, you must be eating and drinking consistently, even if just a snack. See if this pertains to you: Understanding the Vata Dosha.

Daily yoga is critical for daily health, especially in your case. I would suggest doing hatha yoga as the 1st priority. Following this, you can also try yoga nidra, or trance sleeping, to calm yourself down. Of course, sleep is also crucial and one should only be about 1.5hrs max of sleep deprivation (on a daily basis), otherwise, that is just asking for trouble.

I would suggest pressing the spleen 6 acupoint, which one of the most popular acupoints because it actually stimulates the yin meridians of 3 organs: spleen, kidney, and liver. Together, this point is awesome for building and circulating blood (yin fluid), as well as building up the yin of these organs (which are commonly depleted when someone is overworked).

Here is how to find it:

It is located behind the bone, not over it or on the front of the knee. It should feel like a little divet or hole. Push with moderate pressure, and push as long as possible, basically. Only stop if you start feeling tired (which is a sign that you used up a lot of energy towards the actions that the spleen 6 point performs).

This point is also great for insomnia as well. Read more about spleen 6 here

The muscle spasms, in particular, are something the liver is responsible for (as the liver regulates the flow of energy in the body). In the case of someone who is Vata-prone and likely to be yin deficient, the liver can have a blood deficiency. This lack of blood results in "wind" aka excess air in the body, which manifests as spasms.

The spleen 6 point will create lots of blood in general. If you want a more targeted approach, then use the Liver 3 point (located on the foot). This point specifically creates liver blood, as opposed to blood for the whole body.

Lastly, acupuncture is a means of directing energy towards healing, but you cannot do much healing if you are lacking basic resources. In other words, this is another reason why you must be eating. If you are really lacking in time, I would suggest canned soups, which are quick to make and relatively dense.

Burnout and/or physical or mind problems as you describe may be related to a Planetary transit (i.e. Pluto or Uranus) to one of your Planets or House. If this is the case, with time things may get better naturally.

I can add, water Element may help to calm the mind down, while excess of Air may trigger nervous/mind problem and exhaustion. I would try to balance the elements by breathing in some Water and breathing out some Air (slowly, do not use Water too much to avoid depression/inconsistence) from time to time.

Also a psychic vampire, linked to one of your Chakras, may be a cause if the person is strongly xian o attached to enemy programs, by putting in your mind a sort of brainstorm thought against the Astral. It happened to me (family member).

As for @LunarDance666's questions, I think I found out the reason why, but first, let me start from the beginning.


Basically, I quit spiritual warfare for two weeks in April and have irregular cleaning because I wanted to have more time for myself. I couldn't do any of my hobbies because my aunt made another impulsive adoption of another pet breed and got bored of after a few weeks have passed.


The past where I continued to do spiritual warfare and my meditations while taking care of SIX PETS simultaneously at night without even having time for myself and sleeping late basically gave me an eruption of eczema in October. Not wanting that to happen again, it made me think that maybe, I can take a break this April. Less stress and all.


What happened basically was that the enemy bombarded me with negative thoughtforms. I couldn't get up because they often pull me back down to my bed, was heavily depressed, and couldn't even get a wink of sleep. They also acted like an astral assault, sexually harassing me and screaming at me if I don't comply.

How do I know these are enemy thoughtforms? Because no matter what I do, Banishing Ritual on every part of the house, Detachment Working, I still got attacked. There were times I tried doing the Final RTR on myself and the house, but I would somehow fall asleep after doing it. I don't even remember how many times I fainted, so I took it as a sign of not doing any spiritual warfare.


The above continued for five and a half months. That's why if you read my original post, was basically me being stressed at how much I couldn't sleep, always sleeping at 4 or 5 am, and wondering if I should meditate, only to be attacked or was burning myself out. It was driving me nuts.


The question to the above is, "Why didn't you posted this instead?"

Well, I wanna make sure if what was happening to me was physical and mental-related. What @Blitzkrieg stated WAS happening to me, but I didn't even knew those were enemy thoughtforms that was actually tormenting me at the time. Because no matter how many greys I burned, they were still there attacking me. Turns out, I just needed to burn, clean, or push down the enemy thoughtforms to the floor and the attacks and hallucinations stopped.


Basically: enemy thoughtforms won't let me sleep - which made the delusions worse - I faint whenever I do one of the RTRs - my mental health dropped and couldn't even take care of my neglected pets and lazy family - stopped doing meditations


What cured this was that I decided to ask Father Satan if I should do two RTRs, the Final RTR and the current schedule (one I can manage was "Curse Israel.") He gave me a positive energy that resembles a huge smile, and I took this as a "go ahead."


Final RTR directed to self, and Curse Israel directed to enemy. Took maybe an hour.

After that, one hour of doing Returning Curses. I fell asleep for eleven straight hours after that. No sexual assaults, no suddenly waking up in the middle of the night, no self-loathing thoughts or a voice who commentates on everything I did, Void Meditation improved... it was honestly shocking, to say the least. The meditations I did after @LunarDance666's reassurance also came to fruition.


So, thank you, everyone who answered this topic. If I didn't visited here (thoughts was too blurred to even get help from the Gods or the self-doubt was VERY strong thanks to the enemy dross) then I would have been stuck on this situation for a year. This would also help someone who has the same experience as me. So whoever's suffering from this, try to push yourself to do RTRs and Returning Curses for a day. See if it improves. Ignore any enemy or any physical assault as it could just be a distraction, especially when you're about to do the Returning Curses. If the above still happens, try again.

I'm also mad, because basically, this means that I can't ignore what the enemy's doing, even for a moment. I'm already busy as it is, so I have to make time for spiritual warfare. Not that I hate it, it's just so annoying how many shit we have to clean up after them. I hope we take them out soon, I really want to focus on other things once the enemy disappears from this Earth.


I'm still going to ask for help that made this happen, which is my aunt who adopted the pets I have to take care for, so look forward to that in the pet forums. I'm too busy to even write it at the time, sadly, but now, I'll be posting it.

I also want to say to those who is planning to do my strategy above is that you should only be doing it AFTER raising energies for a couple of days, maybe even weeks, depending on your spiritual level, is to do the above IF needed.

My strategy did worked, but I still needed to take a rest. I can only do:

15 minutes of exercise

15 minutes of Hatha Yoga while I clean my aura in ×36 reps (my usual routine)

And 15 minutes of Aura of Protection in ×44 reps.


No RTRs were made because I felt that I needed to take a rest.

Anyways, I'll try to make steady progress now, thanks again, everyone.
