Apply this to all claims to Demons and you'll see that people always label them like that because that word defines a being that is bad.
The classical example is when people talk about "Hindu Demons". Again they mistakenly use that word to refer to every being in Hindu mythology that they think is bad, when in fact our Gods/Daemons correspond to powerful and benevolent Hindu Gods, rather than those who people think they are evil. For example, Satan is Shiva and Astaroth is Lakshmi. It's more than obvious if you compare their symbols.

And that entity your boyfriend was attacked was not a Demon but most likely an enemy angel/grey. Again, I've said that before that outsiders, and especially xians, mistakely use that word to refer to everything they think it's evil. In fact, enemy angels are the real evil ones as it's been shown in the exposingchristianity site. The xians and others label many of their own angelic entities who are evil as Demons.
The way we use the word Daemon/Demon, is to refer merely to those Gods on Satan's side and who are pro-humanity. By that definition, all Gods/Daemons are friendly and beautiful. You can see that because the word Demon is merely a title and doesn't refer to a certain type or race of beings. Many of our Gods/Daemons are of the exact same type and race as enemy angels, the only difference is in which side they are on.
And lastly, I would say you read this group's rule:
"4. If you believe Satan and his Demons are evil, this is not the group for you, find another. "

I have been reading through the joy of Satan website, and surprisingly it makes me feel very reassured. I am interested in understanding this more... I read the section on dabbling.. And my question is, that my family is very firm in the LDS religion- of was to put my faith in Satan, would I be at risk of losing my family's respect. Because I would have to fully devote myself to him, would I have to preach to my family that their religion is false? I know for a fact if I was to even mention this to my mother of father, they would freak out and have me talk to a bishop and have me repent. I am so unsure of myself. The only reason I came across this website was because I was looking for more information on demons. My boyfriend has been accosted his entire life by a very malicious demon and I wanted to know if there were good demons. I am still unsure what kind of demon this entity is. Please help.
