have you tried the teens for satan yahoo group?
its for those 13 to 19 i think.
if its true in yer heart you don't have to wait that long.
read the jos section on astral temples.  i am not 100% sure but i don't think you need to be dedicated to make one.  in fact satan would understand if you had to make one beforehand so as that way you could dedicate in there.
