Seals blocking my chakras?

When i circulate balls of energy or chi i have trouble putting it in the chakras, it just slips to the side. But i imagine a the seal that blocks it from going in isnt there then the ball goes in easy. This seal always comes back after though.

Is this what they mean by burning the seals?
