I couldn't locate any information on sealed chakras and it has been brought to my attention that my heart chakra has a seal around it. To open it do I use the same methods as opening a blocked chakra? Also, does this mean that that chakra is weak, or do I simply not have access to its power because of the seal?
I realize that it probably isn't going to be solved by energy work alone and I have some deeply rooted trust issues that I need to overcome.
All help and guidance is appreciated.
