Saturn is in Capricorn this Saturday, but reading about doing the Square of Satan for Saturn seems to bring about unfortunate events...Odd!! Than when are we even suppose to attempt it? :| I am looking really at this saturday as it is optimal

Saturn is in Scorpio not Capricorn..This Saturday moon will be in capricorn. But regarding the square, I personally wouldn't do it anymore. Its not worth it. I'd rather do the sun square(spiritual) to protect me form Saturn transits or use the NINIB vibration to empower my base chakra...

As Maxine has said the square is the single most powerful meditation she has ever done which would make it much more powerful than the NINIB vibration. This is also my experience.

Saturn in Scorpio effects any magick or empowerment using Saturn at all. It effects both the NINIB vibration and the square. If you want to do the square and you get effects from it - go for it. The energies are less compared to Saturn exalted in Libra - but it still is the most powerful meditation we have for empowerment of chakras. I've done it in Scorpio and it has worked for empowerment but not to the extent it used to in Libra.

I will also be using this square for upcoming transits. Saturn conjunct Pluto is coming up for many of us in our 20s and some in their 30s. This square would be the most effective way to offset the bad energies as the generational planets - pluto, neptune and uranus have no squares.

Squares not only saturate the chakra but the aura as a whole. The magickal effects of these are as near permanent as you can get. They are the most powerful. Period.

At the hour of Saturn every day I would do both the NINIB vibration with the root mudra or another mudra focus on my root chakra, make sure it's pointed up, and then do the Saturn square a few minuts later for maximum empowerment. Maybe breathe red into your aura to boot.

I would also try the vibration first as Maxine said earlier, and see if I got any effects before going for the Saturn square.

"It is important when using a mantra for the first time to vibrate it once or twice and feel its energy. If you feel the energy, then the mantra will work for you. If you feel nothing, then it is best not to waste your time using it." - HPS Maxine

As mentioned before, I have used the Saturn mantra and experienced nothing negative.

Regardless, it is important to clean ur aura and keep ur personal energies/vril high, bright and strong.

Especially for Saturn workings.
