No, you don't HAVE to. Those instructions are simply tips for Satanists as to what they should do to survive in the world full of hostility towards Satan and Satanism. In some countries being a Satanist is illegal and can get you either killed and/or arrested.

What is advised is that you keep that fact that you are a Satanist to yourself, for your own good.
