Satanic Symbols and School Authorities

Ok, this might be something pretty simple or maybe not so much but if an Authority figure at school yells at me for having a Necklace with a Satanic symbol on it and orders me to remove it/Throw it away/Trys to take it from me is this Legal when others are aloud to walk around with Christain symbols, Jewish and such others. Can they Legally take it from me?

If it doesnt have a detonation device or offensive material, then technically its illegal to take it, although Christians would probably disagree.

Religious persecution. In no way, shape, or form can they deny the expression of your religion as long as it does not contain offensive materials. All you have to do is mention "religious persecution" and they will either leave you alone or find another excuse. I know it always worked for me at work.

no not at all I think you need to talk with them... thats like me going up to some xian and telling him to take off his cross... its your religion and as long as it isnt harming/disrupting other students its 100% illegal for them to make you take it off
