These days when I try to meditate and do nsdr(huberman) I am having creepy experiences. Not able to focus and some demonic entities in form of my sisters face jumping on me while meditating I dont know what is happening. Feeing insecure, Sensing someone is always around me and I experiencing alot of degradation my academics, Life falling apart Please help!!

Maybe that is the problem, is it some newage meditation? If yes, well no shit you get these.

It seems to be a Western version of Yoga Nidra.

The problem lies not in this particular method alone, but in the fact that there are hostile entities that the OP in question is helpless against due to their non-spiritual approach.
