Those who work directly under the guidance of Gods are always a priority to them and have the highest potential to unfold as they grow. The views ToZ professes align with God's views, but you are correct; not fully abiding by these views does not invalidate their efforts or existence. As I understand it, magic is intentional energy and everyone can access it.
