A lot of problems members (and people in general) have are caused by, or related directly to: blocked, dirty, or defunct chakras.

Occult texts say “sing to the Gods” or “sing to the 7 Gods”, this is allegorical for your chakras. You need to sing to them daily: mantra work, but in full attention and making it a sacred act. Singing is not plain speech, it is created with applied effort and technique. The texts do not imply merely vibrating mantras in to the chakras, using specific techniques is needed.

I want all of you to begin taking your advancement more seriously. Clean your chakras as needed, generally with the sweeping light method and then do rounds of deep cleaning every so often. You can’t go full-out with deep cleaning every day for months on end with no break, you will exhaust your chakras. Recovery is essential. You can do a deep clean every Saturday, and then on a Witches Sabbat clean daily for 7 days, or 14/21/28 days. The day/night before a New Moon is also a good time for a one-time cleanse.

After you clean with a mantra, for each chakra, do a sweeping method but focusing on sweeping out any dross. It often comes in chunks, shapes, chains. Draw all this out, as much as you reasonably can, then visualize the chakra as bright and healthy. Then move on to the next chakra. Focus fully on one chakra at a time. If you can’t do all chakras in a row, you can definitely take a break of an hour or so in between. Do something else, but try to do a deep clean of them all, at least once weekly.

For empowering the chakras, you can do all in a day, or just the chakra of the day. If you are new and/or feel unbalanced, then do small reps on every chakra daily, this can be done in under 10 minutes without the breathing exercises. You can do 7 reps per chakra. The Aum mantras are great for balancing the chakras. You can do this (low reps for all chakras daily) for a few months or years if it’s right for you in your Path for that time. After you work on all 7, you can affirm once “All my chakras are balanced, healthy, and functioning properly in every way”.

Once your chakras are more balanced, you can work on just the chakra of the day. Treat this as a sacred daily ritual. If you can, do it during the planetary hour of the planetary day; if you can’t, then any time of the planetary day, but be consistent. Focus fully on the chakra of the day.

When you work on the chakras, it is right there in the ToZ: Do the correlating pranayam first, then focus on the chakra. Nowhere does it say to mindlessly tune out and blast 108 repetitions into the chakra; in fact, Lady Maxine specified to vibrate the mantra a few times. When done correctly, you don’t need large reps.

Do the breathing exercise, then breathe in the color of the chakra into the chakra (draw the energy in through your body directly into the chakra), then vibrate the mantra on your exhale. After, focus on your chakra, and only on your chakra. See your chakra, visualize it as bright and healthy. After, you can affirm once “My [name of chakra] is completely healthy, strong, and functioning properly in every way”.

The healthier and stronger your chakras are, the better your life will go. You will be able to live more fully, you will be more you as a unique individual, expressing your personality in a stronger and healthier way, more freely. You will be able to handle life better, and of course your intuition and communication with our Gods will be heightened. You will be physically healthier, and spiritually stronger.

Treat your chakras as sacred, like they are precious gemstones with magickal abilities gifted to you by our Gods. Because that’s what they are.

I was reorganizing my meditation program, and this sermon found me perfectly on time. I'll take this as a guide for myself and take inspiration from this great sermon.

Magnificent Sermon, HPS Lydia. Thank you very much.

Thank you for this wisdom on the chakras, High Priestess Lydia. I wondered if cleaning with Vissudhi every day, seven times in each chakra, and meditating for 30 minutes on each chakra after doing 10 reps of planetary mantras on them every day, is good. I feel fine so far; I've been doing this for a couple of months. (I was told 20 minutes on each might be better for me)

Beautiful sermon High Priestess Lydia! It is always a good reminder to treat your chakras and aura as something deeply sacred given by the Gods. I have had trouble with properly cleaning and empowering them so I thank you greatly for this post!

Can you offer any advice for someone who has a seriously stubborn base chakra? All my other chakras feel good at this point but my base chakra even after years of work is barely budging, would it be a bad idea to do a Saturn square now that Saturn is back in Pisces? I am not sure what effect retrograde has on squares when used for chakra empowerment.

My upper chakras in general feel much much stronger than my lower chakras but I have at least made progress on my solar and sacral but my base always seems to close everytime I get it open and functional.

Thank you High Priestess Lydia, I'll begin implementing this immediately! 🌟✨

In addition to my cleaning, I recently started doing the Full Chakra Meditation daily but it was too much, even with low reps. I've instead been doing one chakra a day on the corresponding day and planetary hour and this has been working for me so well lately 💫
I've been using an affirmation "My ___ chakra is safely and healthily empowered in the best way for me" afterwards, I will instead use the affirmation and techniques High Priestess suggested ⚡🌞✨

Cleaning with Vissudhi generally isn't supposed to be done every day. There are times in our advancement where we need to do a lot, and then we need to rest. Make sure you're tuning in to yourself every so often to check up, you don't want to risk burning out or getting stuck in a rut. I did for some years, too much chakra work etc. Other members also burned out for too long, which is why I make a point to help prevent burnout.

I don't think a Saturn square will help, as it's not strong in Pisces. You might need to do more cleaning on it, every day. And then affirm that it is open and functional. Try the affirmation after yoga or any time you have an energy buzz.

If you prefer your affirmation, keep using it :)

Thank you.

This is a new approach to working with the chakras for me.
I used to do deep cleaning continuously with the MUNKA mantra for years. But maybe it will be better this way. We'll see.
It is interesting that the Hungarian language also has the word "munka," but it is pronounced differently.
It means work= munka.
I found it helpful to use different cleaning methods in cycles, rather than one type. Munka doesn't cover everything.

Interesting about munka meaning work :)

Thank you High Priestess as always for your sermons and wonderful knowledge to help all of us grow and advance in a balanced manner. When i was first starting back up on the path this year around January or February before i joined the forums in March, i was someone who would do like 10 to 15 reps of the mantras for the chakras at first. Thinking more was better rather than following the guided methods for us all to adhere to. Even as someone with lack of visualization at times i have found out through our wonderful family that intent, focus and will is important for these things. If we cannot see our chakras so to speak, we can at least use our awareness on the one we are working with and use our will along with an affirmation to solidify our working on said chakra i believe.

I was doing daily chakra work on all my chakras, only about 10 in each, but I found that I was exhausted after I was done. So, I stopped doing it, but perhaps I am ready again.

I recently finished (for the second time) the Adv Purification ritual, so I bet now is a good time to empower them.

Yes many members over the years, including myself, experienced just that: being exhausted after. And this is wrong. Chakra work should leave us feeling buzzing and energized! I used to get such a rush when I was new from doing only a few reps, and then I got into the mindset of "more is better" and had hardly any energy for much of my day, for a few years.

Now, I do some reps with full focus, and am feeling energized after again :)

I have also made the same mistake for years of vibrating too many repetitions in the chakras, especially if you already do other meditations that also empower them such as Kundalini Yoga, Raum meditation or the single and double serpent meditations.
