Make sure you stay consistent, for example, if you are using Rune vibrations, then stay with the Rune vibrations for the entire session, using the Rune vibrations for all seven chakras.

Can I use both Runic meditation and Sanskrit meditation?
I'm currently using Sanskrit vibrations to open chakras, and I'm wondering if it's possible to do Runic vibrations after a few minutes to empower the chakras.
Or can only Sanskrit vibration will empower the chakras?

4 - THAUM

For the pineal:
5 to 20 - GAUM
5 to 20 - PTAH

Yes, you can use both, but use the numbers above for opening the Chakras with Sanskrit mantras.
