I recall I believe it was in the rtr pdf on the joy of Satan website a year long meditation that had to start on a specific date / moon cycle that you had to have a ball of light or something come down and clean out all the thought forms and curses and negative energy then you piled the bad energy beside you and at the end of the meditation you got rid of the negative energy you removed from your soul it was supposed to be done for a year with affirmations and programming your soul it built up a powerful permanent aura of protection and permanently keep your soul cleaner but I can’t find the pdf do any of you know where I can find that or provide a link or something thanks

When doing returning curses, it is very important to do both parts. Alternatively, you can do any other aura of protection, because returning curses 1 is really an aura cleaning method, and the second part is the aura of protection method. Both are required, in some form or another.
