Do need any material to do the ritual? what are the procedures besides just saying what I want about the relationship? need to meditate first? need to vibrate something? does not specify very precisely on the site how to perform the ritual to ask for the relationship?

Follow the instructions of the standard ritual then those of the ritual for the Demonic partner.

From that I remember:

-Shower
-Dress in black or black ritual robe
-Scented incense (optional)
-Write the request on a clean sheet of paper (here you will need to specify what you want)
-Light a scented candle (black is best for colors, but others will do as well)
-Invoke the 4 Crowned Princes of Hell (see on JoS how to do this)
-Recite the invocation to Satan
-Read the request
-Burn the paper in a bowl
-Meditate and then talk to Satan (a picture of his sigil or an image may be helpful here)
-Bow and close with "Hail Satan!!!"

As soon as you are done it is advisable to try to connect with your partner by masturbating and fantasizing.
A personal tip is to write down the steps on a sheet of paper, especially if you are new to rituals.
I also recommend that you finish the meditation and warfare program before showering, this makes you more open and energetic.
The shower should be both physical and spiritual, so both normal and soul cleansing.
I recommend doing it in the evening, but avoid being too tired.

I am already of age, but I still live with my evangelical family. So it's complicated to use incense and scented candles and paper burning bowls. I don't have a ritual cloak either. This is a big problem? Or is there any way I can get around these problems?

You could do the ritual in your astral temple, or you could find a secluded place to do the ritual.
To give you an idea you might say you are going to sleep over at a friend's, but you are actually going to do the ritual somewhere.
To like places would come to mind some abandoned places or some isolated construction sites, but it could be dangerous and maybe even inllegal.
