Reverse Torah rituals

Hey, I forgot how long you're supposed to wait in between reverse Torah rituals so say I do 72 names reverse ritual can I do 42 names 5 minutes later after I finish 72 names? Or do I have to wait about 15-20 minutes?
I've been just waiting 5 minutes in between.
Also, after I finish doing the rituals that were supposed to do for the day, I look at the other rituals and always want to do them so I do. This still does have power to it right? As in hitting the enemy? Or should I just focus only on doing the rituals we are focusing on.

Not so much. Youll have to wait 30-60 min (it sucks i know) to let the energies settle and let your bioelectricity come back up again.

It would be so amaizing if we could wait only like 5 min between the RTRs. That way we could do even more RTRs.
