Revenge Spells and Timing

I have an enemy by the name of Patrick Kletter who doesn't abide by the rues of Spiritual Warfare and sent a hex on my unborn son, to make him a stillborn. Fortuantely, he is weaker than I previously had thought and I was able to swat the hex away with ittle to no effort, so my unborn son is still healthy, HAIL ENKI!
Now my question comes in. I want to time a ritual for renvenge and destruction upon this wretched man's life. I want to do it during the waning moon in the hour of Mars. If anyone could tell me what phase of the waning moon would be best to do this ritual at I would be grateful. I also would like to know if there is a better hour to use rather than mars. A friend of mine adivsed Pluto because of its dark energy. Lasty, references or help to find the right time of day on Earth during the specific moon phase, the Planetorial Hour would be in, would also be helpful.

If the hex was against anyone other than another Satanist, I would say it might be legitimate (depending on circumstances), but to curse another Satanist with something so awful is inexcusable!
Pazuzu is is a Demon who is said to protect women in childbirth so this might be a good bet for you.
Also, if you wish to set up a meditation group around the day and/or time you are due to give birth please post and I will be happy to throw some thoughts you way.

@Adam He is also a Satanist, well, claims to be, but is so malinformed. I actually already had teh Demons I am going to call forth in mind. I just would like to know what the ideal phase of the waning moon would be for this sort of Ritual. As well as which Plantetorial Hour would be ideal.

Saturday, in the hour of Saturn (one of the night hours, as its better when the victim is asleep) is the best planetary (not "planetorial") hour. Alternatively, when the moon is in a destructive sign (Scorpio or Capricorn) or in "via combusta" (between 15 degrees of Libra and 15 degrees of Scorpio) again in a night hour of Saturn. But the moon shouldn't be void of course in any case.
