Apparently in the US there is a law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of race or sexuality when renting or selling houses or land, but those guys found a loophole: this law has an exception for religious organizations or private membership associations. So they choose the private association path and technically they can do whatever they want and only accept White traditionalists who are either Christians or Pagans, no Muslims, Jews or LGBT.

AFAIK there's the also the Asatru Folk Assembly which is classified as a religious organization and does the same thing. It's a Norse Pagan organization for Whites only and their members have also bought land to create White-only communities.

And they mad that they can do nothing about it because there's an exception in that law for private membership associations.

So far I have seen no practical way to do what you suggest. How do you plan to do that? Protest? Vote? Those two methods have been tried and didn't work. If a nationalist party gets too many votes it will just be Golden Dawn'd. All this talk of reclaiming our countries so far has been only talk, no practical steps that produce tangible results.

On the other hand, those guys are doing something that works. They are not just talking, they are building White communities and living in them. Most young people are just tired of talking, they want practical action

Being patient, gaining power and influence as our numbers grow will build the required situation to make the necessary changes. The system and society in whole is being transformed in ways that are not obvious because it's a long term process from our current short lifespans perspective.

We may have to go through some "unpleasant" parts of this transformation but ultimately it is worth all the hard work and sacrifice that it takes to get there.

Since you and your children are your own descendants/ancestors, it is an investment in the future that makes a lot of sense.

We mustn't leave anything to them. The enemy is being marginalized and then delivered to oblivion.

Having true power, all aspects of it, not just the obvious physical part is what enables an individual or a group of beings to manifest the desired reality. There's also time as a factor and it is different than what we understand it to be. So it's both quite complex and simple at the same time.

In addition to all this, we're not alone and that's a very important thing to remember.

Not singling out Aquarius, but how it usually goes:

-White Millennials/GenZ's create a PMA and spend a lot of money on buying land, researching legal ways to do that and for homeschooling initiatives.
-Create their own community and plant to expand nationwide and worldwide.
-Move in with their 3+ White children each and work on building their own homes while living in tents.
-Raise $100k+ through crowdfunding for more projects.

Acquire wealth and influence society with it. There's no practical steps, there's many different ways to do it.

These separated communities are weak compared to civilization and are susceptible to infiltration and subversion from within, As Aquarius said in order to make an actual difference we need Zevists to be or build themself to positions of power and wealth in already established civilizations.

The Golden Dawn had several problems. Its leadership was mostly comprised of 90 IQ christian ultra-nationalists. The only one with logic and rhetorical ability was Kasidiaris, who moved on and made his own party, which sits at around 5% of the votes, while the Golden Dawn is at 0%.

The Golden Dawn was a typical "neo-Nazi" organisation, i.e. christian skinheads committing crimes. They dug their own grave and became social outcasts. In the end, they only managed to worsen the image of National Socialism in Greece.
