So some days ago I did a magick, where I wrote some names on small broken pieces of paper and put them in a sealed plastic bag with some dirt. I later added old broke pieces from a broomstick, I mixed it multiple times and folded the plastic bag against my direction (because someone online said it will direct the bad energy away from you) and today after work, I saw them passing by me, when there's almost no chance I'll see them, the last time was literally almost an year ago. Is this encounter a result from the spell or is this purely random? If so why isn't it with all the other names too...

Unless you used energy as well, you basically just played with props, so yes, it was purely random.
Props can be useful, but the mind is what gets the results.

I did use energy while writing it all and shaking the bag, I also cleansed the space before doing it and directed negative energy, so idk

If Moon phases are very crucial, then would a disaster happen if you say, did black magick on a waxing moon?

you tried a spell with props and seen the target after a year? It's definitely not "random" as claimed here. You might be projecting energy into scenarios that involve you as well. Maybe you're looking for a relief by visiulizing that you see them suffer or something.

Another very important thing you should seriously consider is whether the gods are trying to warn you of serious consequences for your karma if you do something unethical. Yes, it happens. Pay attention, you may have seen them with family and people who depend on them who will be affected by this.

The problem is that you give the impression of someone who is new to the whole thing. I hope you don't connect to these energies, it's always important to evoke and not invoke it. Yes, it takes a strong soul to completely kill someone, but that doesn't mean that a weaker soul trying these things won't cause damage like illness or misfortune.

Why mix things up? The whole waxing/wanning moon thing is not about black or white magic. Its about whether you build something or end/destroy. The warfare aop specifically should be done during wanning moon because you remove/banish/end the impact and the curses off of your soul. But even deep cleansing done during wanning moon which is white magic eventually. Removing negative karma related to money can be done during waning moon, and building wealth on a waxing moon. Sometimes there is an overlap and you have to choose what is more appropriate.

Also white/black magic with the usual refference on the two is just the impact of the energy.
White= uplifting, healing ect.
Black= destructive
But Black still can be used as white magic.
It should be clear whether you talking about the color of the energy and its properties or the type of magic. (white/black).

I'm not completely new but I do have a fear of some kind to magick so I always do it carefully but I think that may also weaken the results?

The mix magick is because black magick is not for beginners, it is hard to stay the whole session fully concentrated. In black magick black negative energies are involved like energies from death in graveyards which is taken and programed and directed to the person that you want revenge on or something. So mixing is an easier way of magick than the full blown black magic. An example that is done with runes instead of black collored energys from graveyards.

What wanning and waxing does in my understanding is that in waxing moon for aop is for avoiding negative energies, for growing the light energy/aura which protects someone from black/grey/negative karma/destructive energies if you don't grow the light then the magick/light/aura will be weak against negative energies, i mean light is necessary to burn and get rid of negative entities and energies, as the saying goes light defeats darkness. So waxing moon grows the light. And for wanning is for black and cleaning magick, cleaning magick if you already have negative energy/obsession/weight etc and want to get rid of and with the apropriate afirmation.

As i know the aop is done in waxing moon but thats depends who you formulate the affirmation if it has a cleaning process then wanning is ideal, for a defending process and growing the light waxing is good. Waxing is like making yourself big muscles like an elephant but if you want to go from big muscles to small muscles it's fine with me

But Black still can be used as white magic.

I am talking about black energies like from negative events, churces, graveyards or accident places. Not sure about if all the above have black energies but the graveyards has for sure.
And well black is black not white. That's what i know.

Invoking means you take the energy in you (don't take negative energies in you, for obvious reasons) and evoking you draw it near you but not in you, same for entities.
