Respectful disposal of Demon Sigils??

Satan has Blessed me beyond all expectations and thanks to Him I'm now staying in my own house. I have bought new Ritual Tools and I'm setting up a whole new Altar as perfectly as I can. I had the Sigil of my Guardian on my old Altar, but I drew it badly and wish to make one worthy of representing Her. Is it ok to throw out the old one? I went to but it felt wrong, and I'm not sure of what to do as I don't know if this feeling is just me or a 'don't do that' from Her.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Respectful disposal can be done via burying the sigil. Just bury it in the ground and that's all. Neither burning nor any other means of disposal is respectful.

Actually, I've always found that either burying or burning is fine so long as the ashes are disposed of respectfully, i.e., not flushed or tossed in the trash, etc.

If you're lucky enough to live close to beautiful, wild places, wilderness, there is no better place.

You can always burn it. Then perhaps unobtrusively dispose of the ashes in a place like a park or anywhere that isn't obviously disrespectful like a refuse dump.

Do you have a garden? I personally think it would be a beautiful gesture to bury it there and plant some kind of flower/plant over top of it, preferably the plant attributed to that particular Demon under their name. Actually, that just popped into my head, and sounds beautiful, a real honor to that Demon, perhaps sacrifice even, as you have to find, pay for, then plant, nurture, & protect the sapling, sacrificing time, money, and energy in the job, maybe even writing a prayer and making a ritual out of it. I'd appreciate some feed-back on that idea, if its not a problem? Thank Father for the upper chakras!

Thanks to all of you for your replies. I thought of burning it, but remembered on the JoS site it says to never do so. Though I suppose given the circumstances, and if I ask Her to take her Energy back, it should be ok.

Not sure if you were referring to the post I put up concerning this topic, but if so, you are very welcome! I have said a big "Thank you" prayer myself to my Guardian. Glad you liked it so, that I could help, and that my Guardian would find me worthy to receive this idea. I'm sure She knows and appreciates my love of helping others. It does wonders for my self-esteem, and feeling needed; like despite my occasional feelings of having nothing to contribute, She shows me this is not the case! - JAYA
P.S. I will again mention the meaning of "JAYA" - Sanskrit meaning "Victory!" This is relevant in this case because its meaning to me is that I have victory over the negative feelings/thoughts that I have, AND over the enemies that implant them in my heart/mind!

Either here or somewhere on JoS I've read that burning is not necessary the best way to dispose of the sigil of a God :/

Apparently it was about sigils which were usable and still to be used.

But I might be wrong. Anyway, I'd simply bury my unused sigils and that's it. However, if burning is the method, do so

Not to be...can't think of a word, but does anyone else see the beauty, possibility of ritual, or to show sacrifice behind what I posted concerning planting that particular Demons plant over top of the buried sigil, during the day and hour of their planet, using their candle color to burn a thanksgiving ritual for the use of the sigil to be buried-buried along with the ashes of the written prayer? I only ask because when circumstances permit it I plan on doing just that, and thought perhaps others would see it as beautiful as I do. Did my Guardian just intend for me to do that, or so I can tell others? Thank you beforehand for any replies! Blessings!

This has me kind of worried about something. I printed out one of the images of satan's sigils in the part of the training program section on the JOS website where you are introduced to visualisation exercises and because i was worried someone would be like "wtf is this?" if they found it lying around in my room, i folded it and put it in my pocket and took it to college with me.

The image got crumpled and torn which i didn't mean to happen. Is that ok? I don't think folding an image of a sigil is disrespectful, and i didn't throw it in the trash (it's still lying around) because that would obviously be a bit respectful.

Don't worry about it. It's not that you did anything disrespectful. And you didn't do it with disrespectful intent. Intent is a big thing. Also, although we don't want to treat any sacred object with disrespect or contempt,

I believe -- my take on it -- there is a difference between a simple diagram of a sigil and one which has been consecrated or dedicated. One needs to be "extra" careful with the latter type because they are TRULY a sacred object and not just an illustration.
