This is not most people, but for the some people who do not care about being anonymous and they use this service just because they are not sure how to post a topic the normal way. I think it is a good idea to have something like Mancy's picture to show how to make a topic. Because many people are in the New or Active tab and not in an individual subforum, so they don't see the button to post a topic.
