Use a text reader, that plays audio.
also, if you have Android, you can use @Voice, it reads txt to audio and will make a recording of the text/pdf/www... also of anything you highlight.
i travel a lot and this is how i "read" most of my JOS web pages.

If you use Audacity, you might be able to remove or reduce some noise.

When recording, don't speak for a couple of seconds. Put this recording into Audacity, and follow this -
