Replacement for saying "bless you" after someone sneezes?

It's a really bad habit that I say "bless you" after someone sneezes.
I'm very new to Satanism, and I was wondering if I should quit all together, or if there was a substitute that I could use as a Satanist...

Exuse you, is a perfectly good equal substitute. Or just don't say anything at all when someone sneezes.

If I remember correctly the tradition started because when you sneeze, your heart skips a beat or something, so back in the olden days they used to say bless you when you sneezed so "the devil" couldn't snatch your soul away lmfao.

I know. its stupid. humanity amazes me with its intelligence and ignorance.

Just say "gesundheit", it's already normal to say it in America and all it means is "health" or to basically say "I wish you good health because you sneezed!" Personally, I don't particularly like saying gesundheit because it's "politically correct", and political correctness is just a fancy way of saying "censorship" and steals away anyone's freedom to offend other people. Otherwise, it's the most polite and appropriate substitute I can think of.
