Other Reincarnations of different genders

Does a man always reincarnate as a man? It seems not, but I'm confused by the huge difference in interests, personality, and psyche between a man and a woman, and the goals that shape a soul. If a soul has been a man in every incarnation — one who fought, killed, struggled — then after 10 incarnations it can't be born a woman, can it? Or can it, and in that case would it be a tomboyish woman who takes up martial arts and things like that? Similarly with a feminine man, who would most likely be gay? So does that mean the world is dual, and people are bisexual, and then what would the absolute be that helps one escape the wheel of samsara? Who sets these rules, and why? This doesn't apply to ordinary people who aren't interested in esotericism and accordingly don't remember past lives, but if a mage has been a man in every incarnation, and now he's born a woman, with female hormones and the realization that now he doesn't like vagina but likes penis and men, wouldn't that negatively affect the psyche or not?

AFAIK race, gender and sexuality are constants of the soul.

Side note. Traits, interests, etc aren't determined by genitals. They can absolutely overlap for men and women. Opposite-sex individuals exaggerate their differences because they don't get to know each other. They often don't have meaningful real-life contact unless they're looking for sex or starting families; or they construct their point of view from social media. They alienate themselves and end up seeing the opposite sex as a different species.

This is the targeted message.

All investigators into reincarnation phenomena have agreed that we definitely have cross-gender rebirths. I admit that this kinda threw me for a while, but I have come to accept it. The goal is to get off the rebirth merry-go-round and ascend.

I am the Son of a Goddess,
Her name is Madness.

Her gift to me
was the Divine Wildness.

Runes there are,
marked upon me,
in the Moonblood of Giant Women.

She, who is Mother of the Wolfskins,
place me among the Wild Things
that love You.

That I may stand with those
who have never called any man master...

Think of it like this, everything in the universe is made of frequency. Rocks are certain vibration, plants another vibration, men and women are also different structures of vibrations. In the astral world the energy has not yet manifested physically. When the energy does manifest it is aligned with the energetic patterns of the higher realms above the physical. If changing gender is possible it would taken a tremendous amount of energy if it's even possible. The myth of Tiresias being shown both genders by the power of the gods is the only way I believe that would be possible. But that could be purely allegorical and not to be taken as an actual event that happened. So if you were to supposed to be a woman you would have manifested as one or vice versa, the universal energies wouldn't make a "mistake" like that. Same with sexual preference, race, your hair color. These are set energies and make up who you are.
