Regarding Yoga & Visualization

From reading on the JoS website and On the groups, there are corrupted versions of Yoga, I do not know were to look to find a simple outline of beginner level Yoga, I still have troubles visualizing Colors, and I go into a trance atleast once a day to state affirmations on visualizing more colors and more vividly, I was curious, to the information regarding yoga, if there is a pdf file or some reference to were I can use simply offline. I am dedicated to do whatever I must to regain my human spiritual rights that our Father Satan intended for us.
I have been using Candle flame for single point concentration and that is the only time i see any colors yellow/red then to blue and black. After a few minutes it all goes away. Would Rune work, using words of power help me with visualization?
I seem to be very spiritually desegregated and locked away, probably due to my past life/lives
Are there certain techniques? Or will it all come with time. I cannot clean my aura due to my lack of seeing colors, and neither can I engulf a room with positive energy.
What am I to do? even though it seems difficult I will never give up.
But some sort of advice would be greatful

There are plenty of websites explaining how to perform the Asanas and ranking how easy or difficult they are. There is also a sufficient explanation of how to do Yoga, how to make a set, AND a an actual set you can do, on the JoS website.
With what you said about visualization it seems you are expecting to actually SEE the colors, as you do after looking at the flame for a long time and then closing your eyes. This is not how it is when you begin, you see it in your mind, like when you recall a memory, or fantasize about doing something, you see it your "mind's eye". You CAN clean your Aura. Just imagine yourself engulfed in the light, see it in your mind and be open to it happening. With consistent work you will eventually feel it and even "see" it.

It seems to me like you've misunderstood visualization.
Think about the color Red. Close your eyes, and see intense Red.
You've just visualized.

Thank you for your information and for clearing up visualization. I will work and continue to strengthen my visualization. But as a side note even visualizing in my mind is difficult, i understand that i would literally see it until i am much more advanced, but as seeing the colors when i try to use recall, or my minds eye, its mostly black, grey and black, occasionally there is color and i will work on that. Thank you brothers and sisters for all your advice.

Woah slow down, it takes time please be patient and practice don't freak out in 5 years from Today you will compleatly understand what I just told you about this. Don't give up do small amounts everyday

if I am to slow down what should I do? Should i simply stick to trying to cleanse my aura in a trance state like I have been doing?
I just feel the need to make more a of difference and to Help Father Satan but it is difficult as I am at the very very basic level. with even difficulties visualizing out of trance

I havent even touched any meditations envolving working with my chackras other than trying to visualize them and cleanse them.

I was following the 6 month spiritual warfare program, it seems to be fastly paced, so I have elongated the days to a much longer timeframe for me as an individual. Am I really going to fast???
