Hello to all,

I am new to SS, though I am Hindu. It feels like I am back home to where I belong (after running away from home for 13 years). I am from India and was a follower of Lord Vishnu till I became an atheist and later, agnostic.

To come to the matter, I will be dedicating myself to our almighty father Satan soon (I haven't done it yet as I was working on something else till now and I wanted to bring it to completion. But I experienced our father in my dream and I have taken it as a calling). I have however been doing my studying of the JoS and sister websites for about a month now, read most of the breathing and meditation techniques and have started some of them.

I have also worked on opening my chakras and I have already been successful in opening my lower three chakras (I have had a brief history with Kundalini meditation earlier in life and I had already opened up the lower three chakras, hence it was easier this time). I am actively working on the other four chakras. I am also not new to meditation, yoga and martial arts as I have been practicing them in one way or the other throughout my life (my family stressed heavily on me learning Bhagavad-Gita when I was young).

My question is this. Is there a specific way of doing Kundalini meditation you would suggest? I am sorry if I have missed this link on the website. There are links which do talk about "Full chakra meditation" (I will be starting that as soon as I dedicate myself) and few other links, but I didn't find anything specifically saying Kundalini meditation (or I may have missed). I am not sure if these are the suggested Kundalini meditation methods, so thought of confirming here with the elders.

It would be great to get that link and start off soon on the path laid down by our father.

Hail Satan, our mighty father!!

The link below is to the section "files". Anyway, an important thing to know is that these meditations and breathing exercises you are doing are already to empower and activate your serpent, so she will raise when you are ready and enough empowered

Hey it's not recommended to start opening the chakras from bottom to top, this can be dangerous. They are done the opposite way, first third eye, then others from top to bottom, then last the 6th chakra in the middle of your brain. This way you can't cause a premature kundalini rising which can be dangerous.

Actually, my initial intention was to open only my base 3 chakras and hence I started top down from Manipura. But then, I decided to do the complete chakra opening and hence did it completely top down from the crown chakra (of course, starting from 3rd eye). I don't know if my top 4 chakras are open (I am still working on them as I have experienced very minor signs), but I did experience the sensations of opening my lower chakras (most things mentioned on the JoS site such as pent up emotions over an year surfacing, involuntary body vibration, a bit of heat in my solar plexus due to my heart chakra blockage and so on). So, I know for sure that they are open. I believe that my four other chakras will open up soon if not yet.

But thanks for guiding me. I will be doing the Full chakra meditation exactly as directed.

Thanks a lot for sharing the file. I have downloaded it.

Yes, I agree when you say I am already activating the serpent through the meditation and breathing. I experienced some signs while I was opening my lower chakras.

If you are talking about helping you put in a meditative state, Ffom my experience, you don't need music to help in meditation. Also the JoS site has already given some ways of putting yourself in the meditative state. But of course, if you are completely new to meditation, a simple vibration of "Aum" for some time may help you (please don't listen to the new age crap which is on youtube. Most of them are horrible to say the least).

One thing I also sometimes tried is to listen to "alpha-state" music. It made my mind calmer and take me to meditative state.
