There is sooo much information on the TOZ website. I'm constantly reading and learning. I was wondering if some of you could recommend a daily meditation/prayer schedule for new initiates?

To get an excellent overview, I'd recommend a stellar post by an esteemed Brother (see below). Ideally you could also start the 40-day beginner training programme before moving on to more serious workings.
