Hi everyone, I just dedicated myself last night and wanted to clear just a couple of things up. I've printed out the following programs hatha yoga, the five tibetans, the ten tibetan breaths, kundalini exercises and the power meditation and was wondering if the five tibetans are excess to requirements? Also, I'll be looking to do this once a day until all my chakras are open, I have no experience with yoga or meditation and was wondering if after a month or two spending most of my free time on this might be a bit excessive?
