Rebounder

Does anyone own a rebounder and have any good experiences to share? I'm thinking of getting one.

Hey soutlaw92, I have a small one and it is good to use. It's a cardio workout with less stress and not only the joints but because you're circulating your blood and lymphatic fluid without wasting energy it is a good cleanser.
I used to use it a lot when my liver would get fibrosis stages and it seemed to get it unstuck. I think Mageson said it opens some energy channels but I can't remember exactly.
