i have a question that's been bugging me, I just recently started doing the meditations for beginners posted on JOS and I don't know what the purpose of the "breathing excercises for satanists" is, I understand how to do the "basic yoga breathing technique" and I can do it for 10 seconds between each sections of my lungs inhaling and exhaling and I just started. ,but what I don't know is the purpose of it, and how often should I do them, the other thing i don't know is what are all the breathing excercises for? are they a form of relaxation? am I supposed to feel calm or relaxed? should I do them everyday? how do I know when I'm ready to move to the next phase? when will I be able to talk to father Satan. please help me, all responses are truly appreciated.

Be patient, you'll know when to move on. Breathing exercises help one go into a trance and it's sort of the same thing as yoga. It helps you control your body more and access your consciousness. It's better to do them before meditating or any magickal working.
