The clergy is much more powerful spiritually than most of the people here, they have been with Satan for over a decade and they have advanced their souls much further than most of us, if not all of us have.

While we are definitly much more powerful than the average person, even as dedicated Zevism it is detrimental to your energy to read the bible. The energy from that cursed book will get a grip on you and while it won't affect you too badly when you empower yourself daily or have been doing so for a long time, the curses and energy from the book can still put stress on your aura of protection and cause negative effects such as increased energy drain or feelings of anxiety.
On top of that the angels and other enemy entities will have a much easier time getting to you and interfering with your life when you are tying in with the energy from the bible.
There is a good chance you will get some minor form of depression when you read that book for an extended amount of time. You need to constantly counter act these curses that are tied in with the words in the book.
Most of the bible works on the mind and slips into your unconsciousness being. Even when you think it doesn't affect you it can still seep into your mind and show it's effects days or weeks later.
