reading peoples mind

am new to this and this is my 6th day i can read peoples minds and
concetrate on each thought and can even tell whats going to happen to
them the next day, but i get weak and feel pain my whole body, help.

It's probably because it's your sixth day doing this, your using power that's new to you, ever try lifting weights?  Notice how you get tired after a few heavy as shit reps?  The same goes for spiritual power, just practice at it and you'll be fine, DON'T PUSH YOURSELF THOUGH!  I will say that again DON'T PUSH YOURSELF!  Never go beyond what is a comforable level for you, you could end up hurting yourself, just like physical excercise.
