Reading Birthchart

As much as I try I can't determine the houses among other info,I've read the info on JOS and afew other books to no avail.. if anyone can point me to good books or tuts so I can start it would be a great help.

Also is this enough info to determine anything?
Sun sign: Cancer
Ascendant:Libra
