How many seconds should we keep between each vibration? How can you do 3 RTRs in half an HOUR? It tooks me 1 hour at least!

It takes me half an hour to do 3 stacks of the current RTR.
I did 6 stacks on thursday and it took less than an hour.
We need to be slamming these kikes hard every day or we will LOSE THE INTERNET.

it took me about 2 minutes per rep of the RTR which is roughly 10-12 minutes for every stack.
I vibrate it like a song and try to keep the rhythm as best I can.
The preliminary meditations, SATANAS, affirmations, SATANAS, and AUM add another 20 minutes so it still takes me an hour.
The reverse hebrew takes about 10-12 minutes per stack but the whole ritual takes an hour
