They probably can't be called one since they're not really doing anything, but that's my guess.
If someone stopped and decides to get back, then they just start all over, excluding performing the dedication ritual. The dedication ritual is only meant to be done once.

Im not really doing meditations lately, its the enemy.  And yes they are a satanist if they have dedicated

To me, it is a personal decision and it's up to the Satanist. There
are no 'rules' to follow. If their were, we would be like xtian
sheep. I do not subscribe to people telling me how to think or act.
