I have spoken with my Guardian Demon about this today, and was told (I paraphrase) "What would you expect? By neglecting your physical body like that under the physical stress of Kundalini, this is the least that could happen." It is true, I have not been doing any necessary physical exercise, even at least Hatha Yoga, for enabling the physical body to withstand the roaring of the Fiery Serpent. What has happened to me was a lesson well taught. There reaches a stage in Kundalini Yoga where if one is not physically able to withstand the intense amount of energy input ensued from the serpent, one will suffer the repercussions of it greatly. From this I believe that for some people, especially those who do not exercise regularly, it is extremely necessary to incorporate physical Yoga into their daily meditation sessions. I know that many Satanists here already do that, I am just stating this to those who do not. Seriously, if the body is not physically capable of withstanding the energy ensued from power meditations, and especially if you ignore your bodily signals, your body will collapse under the immense pressure. In some cases, the damage may be permanent. This is an extremely powerful lesson that I have learnt. Now even though I feel I have reached a certain critical stage in Kundalini, I have no other option but to slow down now, and start putting more focus on my physical body. I over did it somewhat in with my meditations yesterday, and experienced some bad effects from this. It started after I finished meditating, I experienced a bit of anxiety, and then short after things started to get out of control. First, I experienced an extreme form of a thought rush, which was too much for my brain to handle and eventually led to uncontrollable shivers and spasms throughout my whole body. It was not an epileptic fit, since I did not lose consciousness, and it led to a sort of out of body experience, in other words, I was paralyzed and felt like I was on the verge of leaving my body. This, contrary to what people may believe, was not a pleasant experience at all, and it felt like a total loss of control. I did not experience any pain, but rather I felt I lost total control over my physical body, and felt extremely uncomfortable. I don't wish to scare people away from meditating by saying this, but I wanted to share this just so that people would be more careful. Power meditation is extremely powerful and overdoing it can lead to unpleasant experiences like this. I am still feeling some side effects of it even till now. When it says on the JOS website to take certain meditations slowly, it is not a joke, and one can either take this kind of warning seriously, or learn it the hard way like I did.
