Starting with the 40 day program is good. AND DON'T STRESS YOURSELF SO MUCH ABOUT IT! It
takes time to build your energies and power. Also, learn the void meditation, just clear your mind and relax - totally!
If you can free your mind for even a few minutes a day, it will work wonders for you. Slowly, but surely, you will
grow. Just don't expect too much of yourself for now. We all progress at different speeds or rates.


Just know Father Satan loves you! He sees you are trying. You will get there. Don't be so hard on yourself.
I think most of us have been where you are a time or two, but we get past it, and soon realize that we are
growing!

Hey all it Meli here.

i'ved been trying to get the power
meditations down but im just seem like im getting lost and
confused and frustrated any more. with doing aligning the
chakras opening/closing them, opening the soul and full
chakra meditation with opening audio/sigh and i tried to do
a reverse torah ritual 1-3 for this month last night and now
i just feel depressed and don't feel if i am making any
progress at all since took most of November off and just
restarted this week to say.

all i feel right now is depression and
don't feel like im doing any thing right any more these
days since i join in October of this year. idk what to think
would any one like to uhmm  help me out to say or something
since im just a dam mess right now.

like i just finally found the 40 day program
that i had no clue were to find at all untill today same
with the torah rituals and like i say idk what im to do any
more plus got alot of other issues as well but idk if it
worth being put on here or not right now..

any way if any one would like
to help or something im just not sure?
