ditto on the joy thing. everyday i feel like im getting happier and happier and feel like less and less things can bring me down( i was very depressed before finding FATHER).

welcome sister. i myself am pretty new.
make sure to open your chakras asap and start doing power meditations. you can start doing the SS warfare program as it is a great way to start. and of course read as much from these e-groups and from the JoS website as you can. we are always here if you have any questions.
