The astral senses are rather hard to get open for most; I'm pretty
much astrally deaf and blind at this point. Lol. Just keep at it. And
trance is also quite hard for most of us. As for a meditation program,
why not try the Spiritual Warfare Training Program? That's got all the
basic stuff you need to work on to get stronger and advance. I'd send
you the link, but the Join Hells Army link on the site is down. There
is a backup, though, and I'm sure a Brother or Sister on here would
have the spiritual warfrare training program in PDF format or
something. I don't, or I would give it to you. Sorry. Hail Father
