If you meant could someone, then as unlikely as it is, it could be possible. Seeing as the Universe is infinite and eternal, there may be a being more powerful than Satan. It has been said that we could be as powerful as Satan, so why not more powerful? It may be unethical that Satan or anyone would stop us from surpassing Satan in power and ability, but I suppose that could be Satan's prerogative to do so, lol.
