And I would be happy to explain what happens...Your password gets denied, and you can not change the password unless you have a backup email or phone number to use, and I had neither for it as it was made for joining the JOS egroup family. This can also be a sign of a hacker as well, which is what I have experienced in the past. And sadly, it was someone I thought I could trust some time ago. So, to be safer, I decided to make a new user name/email that was not as the previous two. So this email/username is now more secure, now, but it is like this with any email system you use now a days, none of them are guaranteed protected. Sometimes the only way to fix it is to call the companies themselves and they will give you a password, but reaching them is the tricky part because a lot of the companies are lazy with answering their customer service calls for help. My experience, it's just easier to forget about it and make a new one and just let everyone in whatever egroups you are joined in with under those emails/usernames know what's going on to avoid confusion.
