Yeah heard welding can destroy the eyes,
It's like looking at the sun, it burns the the insides of the eyes.

1 your fighting ur thoughts by going back in forth between life or die of course someone else can correct me on this. So choose one or the other.

2 in my way of thinking I would say instaid of healing him why not just make his life more comfy sense he has more then one problem there's almost no point on trying to heal for another problem will arrise and from what u have said many has already.
Making his life better for just being there to help him on some of his thing.

Of course sure others can say better on things.

His artery problems has to do with the wrong diet for years which was most likely very low in anti oxidants.

That can not be fixed if its that bad. He might have a heart attack or something before he goes.

Then what you ask for with the eyes i cannot help you with since i lack exp there.

Cannabis oil will not fix anything in relation to the eyes... At best it will moisten your dad's intestines so he has a good bowel movement.
