Just an observation, but to me at least it sounds like this was more of a foresight thing than an influence on your behalf. Controlling your conscious thinking and having positive self-talk is important, but I've spent a little while trying to find patterns which distinguish short-term foresight from actually influencing things to happen. I find when I use clairvoyance, seemingly unrelated conscious thoughts pertaining to the foreseen event usually precede witnessing it, whereas when I am actually influencing the environment, it has more to do with what is on the back of my mind.

I nearly killed a man telekinetcally by focusing on his heart once. He INSTANTLY started clutching his chest.Thing is I was actually trying to kill this man and back then I was totally haunted by greys and they had me on a warpath against the entire world at the time.
So YES control your thoughts.
Especially at a higher level of development.

Oh wow, yeah well either way you were obviously psychically connected to this event. You're right its really important to control your thoughts. I have a problem of thinking negatively and falling into slumps which the enemy plays on, so I try and vent my feelings as clearly as possible and not say things like "Fuck, everything sucks" or "I wish he/she was just fucking dead" or something like that when I'm upset.

I mean, I'm getting stronger every day, and I know it takes patience, BUT DAMN! Killing someone with your thoughts? If I could do that, my area would be much safer! HAIL SATAN!!!

It took me 5 whole minutes of concentration. If I could do that kind of damage at will I'd already be out and about in the world using that shit to assassinate jewish war criminals and steal their shekels LOL
Seriously the strain it took for me to have that effect was just as painful as when I powerlift my maximum.I still haven't managed to ever get it to work on anyone else even once.I still can barely manage to do much more than influence objects already in motion when it comes to telekinesis.
I can make paper move a little though without much effort but usually that's it.
It wasn't a fluke but it was definitely not something I can do at will yet. I can't really explain it.
As for what meditations I do now I just tune my chakras in a triple circuit, RAUM meditation and then everything else I do is mostly raise my energies and try to open my chakras further with runes.Mainly thurizaz and kenaz.
It's been a week since I started blasting thurizaz for hours and hours a day and my bio-electricity is getting so thick that my hands feel like they're on fire all the time and it makes electrical devices react to me quite a bit more.
