I believe that its wrong to assume that its the Kundalini everytime you feel heat during meditation, unless of course you were doing direct work on it. Everytime I work on any of my Chakras, I feel heat, sometimes immense to me this is simply the energy. Trust me, if it was the Kundalini, there would be much more heat. If I were you I'd take this as a sign that you're doing well, well done and keep at it.
